A record number of entries was received from nearly 70 different organisations across the UK & Irish payments industry. Following a rigorous independent judging process, a variety of card and payment services organisations are shortlisted as finalists for one or more award. The Card & Payments Awards provides a platform for achievements to be showcased across 18 award categories. The categories seek to recognise those who respond to customers’ needs with responsible lending practices, product and technological innovation, and operational and customer care excellence.
