Innovation, excellence and best practice celebrated at the premier awards for the UK and Irish card and payments industry.
1200 senior figures from the UK and Irish card and payments industries attended the thirteenth annual Card & Payments Awards to honour this years’ finalists and winners across a wide spectrum of categories.
The awards dinner and ceremony, held at The Grosvenor House Hotel was superbly hosted by the creator of Taskmaster, Alex Horne and his band, The Horne Section. The Card and Payments Awards recognises and rewards best practice, innovation and excellence in the Card and Payments Industry setting benchmarks for the industry to follow.
The event, once again, raised vital funds for the nominated charity. This year the industry supported the NSPCC raising an impressive £25,000 on the night.
A wide range of exceptionally high-quality entries were received from key participants and the winners of the awards came from a cross-section of the industry. The Card & Payments Awards is delighted to celebrate women in payments this year with deserved recognition for Anne Boden with Industry Achievement Award and Alison Hutchinson being presented with the Judges’ Award.
