Effort, innovation and success are recognised, celebrated and rewarded while setting benchmarks for the industry to follow.

1200 senior figures from the UK and Irish card and payments industries came together to celebrate this years’ finalists and winners across a number of categories dedicated to customer service, innovation, marketing, payments processing and much more.

The awards dinner and ceremony, held at The JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel was hosted once again by Gyles Brandreth, back by popular demand for a second year. Entertainment was provided by the wonderfully unique musical comedy duo, Bounder & Cad.

The evening’s raffle raised vital funds for the charity beneficiary, which this year was First Love Foundation. The total raised was a staggering (and TCPA record-breaking) £30,000. Lucky raffle winners took away prizes such as an Apple watch, Burberry handbag, wine tasting experience and Champions League Hospitality tickets.

More than 150 submissions were received from over 80 different organisations. The high standard of these entries reinforces the need to celebrate and reward in this industry and cements these Awards as the go-to event in the industry calendar.
