Financial Information – Payment information gathered during the registration process for booking tables or entering awards – including but not limited to, credit card numbers, financial institutions and expiration dates – is considered Financial. This information is collected online or via the post and not distributed under any circumstance.
Personal Information – Data that customers provide to TCPAL through various methods of communications is considered personal information that is stored and managed for The Card and Payments Awards’s internal use. Personal information includes, but is not limited to name, address, company name, company address, phone number, email address, as well as questions answered on survey or registration forms. Data captured during a customer’s visit to TCPAL’s web site is also considered personal information and may also be stored for internal use.
Persons who communicate with The Card and Payments Awards and supply us with an e-mail address will be asked if they wish to opt-in to receive future communications by e-mail. I understand that cancellation of bookings are subject to the following surcharges: Cancellation prior to 28 days prior will result in a surcharge of 50% of total cost; cancellations less than 28 prior to the event will incur a 100% surcharge.
Cancellations should be made in writing to The Card and Payments Awards, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ
Once your payment is processed you will receive an acknowledgement from the e commerce site. The Card and Payments Awards will look to acknowledge your booking within 48 hours.
If you have requested an invoice, The Card and Payments Awards will look to issue this within 3 working days. Please arrange for this to be paid within 14 days. Table location is based on payment date.
Award Entry Fees are non refundable.
