This award will go to the card issuer or brand that can show how it has offered the best service focussed on the corporate customer (large and small). Judges will be interested in creative and innovative elements of the service, including how it can deliver value to users and also assist in managing costs and driving savings. The service does not necessarily need to be card-based. Results should reflect achievements during the period between 1 January 2019 and 31 August 2020. Please note that entries should be submitted by the organisation that has the direct interface with the end payer or the merchant offering the service.
