JudgesÚna DillonHead of Card Services & Communications Irish Payment Services Organisation (IPSO) Úna Dillon is Head of Card Services and Communications at the Irish Payment Services Organisation (IPSO), the umbrella body for payment services for financial institutions in Ireland. Úna joined IPSO in 2002 as Manager of Laser Card Services Ltd., an Irish debit card scheme. Since this time, she also developed IPSO Card Services, a function she established within IPSO to examine security and fraud related issues affecting the whole card payments industry, as well as monitoring legal and regulatory changes in the industry, both at domestic and European levels. Within IPSO Úna is Chairman of the IPSO Card Payments Group, Card Fraud Forum and various retail working groups and in Europe she is the Irish delegate on the European Payments Council Cards Working Group. Úna is the industry spokesperson on payments and regularly speaks in the media on topics relating to payments and payment issues such as card fraud. She is the central public relations contact for all of the retail banks in Ireland and is the main industry contact point for broadcast and print media in Ireland. |
